• About our Invitations

Our Studio Printed invitations are created and printed at our studio at time of order on, 110-lb. card stock. These have a matte-finish and bright colors printed with HP's award winning Color sphere toner. Any of the text and graphics can be changed exactly to your specifications.

• What SIZE are these?

These are standard 4x5 size invitations. We also have 5x7 size available for an additional fee. You can select to upgrade the size in our drop down menus below.

• Can I use my own words?

Absolutely! We actually adore custom orders. Please include any verses with specific instructions in the personalization box below that says, "Special notes to designer". You may also email us a Word document to wittlethangz@yahoo.com - please put your name and order number in the subject line. We can also make changes to your invitation such as font (text) color, border color or placement of graphics. If there not enough room for your text then we will notify you.

If you would like the invitation just like the example, simply enter your information in the personalization form and we will do the rest. Remember, we always send a proof, so you will have the opportunity to make any changes before the final print.

• HOW and WHEN will I see my proof?

HOW: We will email your proof to the email address that you place in your shopping cart at checkout.

WHEN: Within 24-48 hours of CLEARED payment and receiving information
* (Express orders will receive rush proofs, printing, cutting, packaging, and overnight mailing).

Be sure to check your spam/junk/folder, as sometimes our proof goes directly there. We always send a proof and if you have not received it, be sure to contact us. We will make 3 attempts to send your proof and cannot be responsible for delays. Should you fail to respond. After the third attempt to gain a proof approval, because these are time sensitive products, we WILL print and ship AS IS and we will not be responsible for any errors.

Once you receive the proof, carefully review checking all numbers, spelling, dates etc., then hit reply and send us back any corrections or give us approval to print your products.

• When will you be shipping my order and how?

WHEN: We will begin processing your order once we receive your FINAL PROOF APPROVAL. This process consists of printing, cutting, packaging, labeling, and requesting for shipment pick up. This process takes 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS. The only exception to this policy is to EXPRESS SHIP your products for an ADDITIONAL FEE, at which time your order will be placed to the front of the line, before all other regular orders, but behind any other express orders.

HOW: All products are quoted for a 3-DAY PRIORITY MAIL shipping time. This 3-day shipping period is for SHIPPING ONLY, and does NOT count as the 4 business day processing time. You may also choose to EXPRESS SHIP your products for an additional fee, which will not only move your order ahead of any other pending normal ship orders, but will also pay for your order to be OVERNIGHTED to you (which in some area's of the United States is considered a second day delivery. You will need to check with your local post office for your area.) WE WILL NOT SEND REGULAR MAIL AT ALL. EVERYTHING IS SENT PRIORITY 3-DAY MAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
